In this role, you'll manage and support the use of our innovative Smart Devices and guided health principles. Your responsibilities will include making both inbound and outbound communications, facilitating member onboarding, and providing ongoing support through regular check-ins and tailored health programs. Duties and Responsibilities

• Outbound and inbound calls and texts for member outreach and service
• Managing inbound chats
• Assisting with member onboarding and account activation
• Documenting member progress
• Coordinating appointments with nurses and dietitians
• Post-appointment follow-ups
• Implementing HealthPrograms and medical advice
• Regular member check-ins (every 30 days)
• Adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Techniques in Motivational Interviewing
• Continuous diabetes education
• Regular monthly training sessions

Qualifications

· High School Graduate or GED.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

· 2 years of experience in customer service.
